About this record
An independent consumer record published by Rick Barnett, an HP customer and HPQ shareholder. Not affiliated with or endorsed by HP Inc. “HP” is used only to identify the company.
HP's words are reproduced from correspondence the author received. HP executives and Executive Escalations staff are named with their HP titles. Front-line support and order staff are shown by role. Phone numbers, individual email addresses, a third party's name and address, and the device serial number are redacted. Full originals are available to journalists on request.
